    Im gonna be honest , month of this exercise and not even doing it ritually, and I can do these excersises easier and for the entire 30 seconds , instead of skipping 10 seconds. More months and maybe more ritualistically and I’ll see some outside change !

    I didn’t pause the workout but I also rested through half of it.🥴 I know I will have made progress when I can complete this without heaving in front of a fan and my legs don’t start an earthquake with the “squat and stretch” exercise at the end.

    Every time I finish these workouts I just feel like absolute s**t. I take like more than 30 mins to to this semi correct with billions of rests and I’m dying and this is only a beginner version. I really hope this gets easier as I do this more and more.
